Cover the whole body properly on two sessions a week.
Two training days, four different sessions. Week A pairs an upper day with a hamstring-led lower day; week B pairs it with a quad-led one. Nothing gets skipped, it just arrives every other week instead of every week.
The week alternates. Week A runs blocks A and B, week B runs C and D — so two sessions a week still cover four distinct days of training.
Rest days: days 2-3 and 5-7 in both week A and week B · 40 working sets a week, 81 across the full two-week cycle.
Working sets per 2-week cycle, per muscle group. This is the clearest picture of what the programme prioritises.
You have just read the real structure of this programme: the blocks, the sets, the rep ranges, the rest times and where the volume goes. What this page deliberately does not list is the 33 exercises themselves — those are the product. You see every one of them the moment you open the file.
