Refunds & Withdrawal

Your 14-day right, why it lapses on an instant download, and how to keep it if you would rather.

§ 01The short version

In one paragraph

EU law gives you 14 days to change your mind about most online purchases. For digital files that you download immediately, that right can be waived — and at our checkout you are asked to waive it, on purpose, so you can have the file straight away. That is why a downloaded file cannot be returned. If you would rather keep your 14 days, you can: see § 04. And if a file is broken, you always get it fixed or your money back — that is a separate right and we never touch it.

§ 03How that works at our checkout

This is the part that costs you your refund

Before you pay, you are asked to tick a box that reads, in substance: “I want the files delivered immediately and I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once the download starts.”

You cannot complete the purchase without ticking it, because without it we cannot deliver instantly. Your order confirmation email repeats the statement, which is the durable-medium confirmation the law requires.

Once you have ticked that box and the download link has been issued, the purchase is final. We cannot take a digital file back, and we do not give refunds for change of mind, a schedule you decided you do not like, or a purchase you made by accident.

We are not being clever here. This is the standard arrangement for instantly delivered digital goods, and it is the trade-off that lets you have the file in two minutes instead of in two weeks.

§ 04If you would rather keep your 14 days

You can. Do not buy through the normal checkout — email us at «E-MAILADRES» and say you want to keep your withdrawal period.

We will then take your order manually and deliver the files after the 14 days have passed. During that window you can cancel at any time and get every cent back, no reason needed.

It is slower, and that is the whole point: you cannot both have the file today and keep the right to return it.

§ 05Look before you pay

We would rather you never needed this page. You do not have to buy blind: the site shows the top of every tab of the real file — the live formulas, the dashboard and the how-to — before you pay anything.

Read it, check the layout, check what the sheet calculates for you. Then decide. We do not send a downloadable sample file, because once a spreadsheet is on your machine it cannot be handed back.

§ 06If something is wrong with the file

This is a different right and the waiver above does not touch it. If a file does not do what we said it does, you are entitled to have it put right.

That covers, for example:

  • A formula that returns an error or calculates incorrectly.
  • A missing tab, a missing PDF, or a download that will not open.
  • A file that does not match what the product page described.

Email us with the file name, your order number and a screenshot. We will repair the file, send you a working version, or refund you in full — in that order, and we settle it within within 2 working days of being able to reproduce the problem.

§ 07What is not a ground for a refund

To be straight with you about where the line sits:

  • Change of mind. You decided you do not want it after all.
  • Buying the wrong tier or split. Read the product page; ask us first if you are unsure. We will happily advise before you pay.
  • Unsupported software. The file breaking in Apple Numbers, LibreOffice or a mobile viewer. Supported programs are listed in the Terms, § 10.
  • Your own edits. A sheet you have rebuilt and that no longer calculates.
  • Results. Not gaining muscle, not losing fat, not hitting a number. We never promised an outcome; see Terms, § 09.
  • Not using it. Buying a schedule and never opening it.
  • Duplicate purchase you did not tell us about. Tell us within a reasonable time and we will sort a genuine double charge out.

§ 08The app — a subscription, not a file

Everything above is about the files you download. The app works differently, and the law treats it differently, so it gets its own rules here.

A subscription is a service. For a service you keep the full 14-day withdrawal period unless you ask us in so many words to start straight away and accept that you lose the right once we have performed. If you do start straight away and then withdraw inside the 14 days, you pay for the part you used and we refund the rest.

After the first 14 days you cancel instead of withdraw. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund a period that has already run. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

The app is not yet for sale. Until it is released this section describes what will apply, and it changes nothing about a spreadsheet you have already bought.

§ 09How to ask

One email to «E-MAILADRES» with:

  • The email address you ordered with;
  • Your Shopify order number, which is in your confirmation email;
  • What is wrong, and a screenshot if it is a fault in the file.

There is no form to fill in and no ticket system. A human reads it.

§ 10How and when you get your money back

Where a refund is due, we pay it to the same payment method you used, within 14 days of agreeing to it, and normally much sooner. We do not charge a fee for refunding.

How long it then takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer, not us. That is usually a few working days.

§ 11Chargebacks

If you think something is wrong, email us before you ask your bank to reverse the charge. A chargeback on a delivered digital file costs us a fee on top of the amount, and we will contest one where the file was delivered and working.
